This family hasn't been together for family photos for years!  Megan graciously gifted a family photo session to her parents for the holidays.  Thank you for meeting me in Oklahoma City for your session!

Colt's First Birthday in Oklahoma City

One thing I'm proud of (& love to do) is all of the newborn and milestone sessions at your home.  I definitely love to go out to location and in-studio too, but I've found that being at home calms both the sweet one being photographed, as well as the parents who might have a sibling taking a nap or quick access to the bathtub after a cake smash!

While Colt's big brother was taking a nap, we ventured into the front yard to take photos of the big ONE YEAR OLD!  Talking to Taylor (Colt's Mom), we both agreed that the first birthday is just as momentous for the parent as it is for the little one!  By this time most of the major achievements have passed, and the parents successfully "alived" a child for a full year.  As a parent myself, it's something to be proud of.  

I so loved getting to play with Colt + family!  Happy first birthday!!!
